Like Mother .... Like Daughter

Just like her mama, Miss Maggie loves the chocolate and her Barbie princess cell phone ... We have been indulging in quite a few Oreo cookies and every time I get the bag out she just lights up (funny I do the same thing) ... and besides the Dora backpack her Barbie princess cell phone that lights up when she pushes the buttons is a huge success ... I just hope the batteries don't die before we get home !!!

I just had to post (when I should be sleeping), but Kristie and I have been reading my Jesus Calling book each day and today was PERFECT !!!! "Learn to appreciate difficult days ...As your journey through rough terrain with Me, gain confidence from your knowledge that together we can handle anything." Need I say more !!!!

Keep those comments and email prayers coming ... It is like water to my soul. I may be physically and mentally drained, but spiritually I feel full, solid, and refreshed... I can't tell you what it means to me ... I have Web Cam with Scott and Kids several times and Maggie just loves seeing them ... She has said DaDa now and is also saying her name some .... Of course "Uh Oh" was learned quickly as she drops something and waits for me to get it ....

She is a dream !!! Her sweet laugh is the most precious sound !!! I love you all!!!

Those pictures bring tears to my eyes...it was so fun to see you and maggie on the webcam today! As soon as I heard that you and maggie were on the webcam I literally pushed everyone out of the way so I could get to the front and see you two! I started to tear up when I had to leave...I wanted so badly to jump into that computer screen and hug and kiss the both of you...can't wait til you and maggie come home!
Love you lots!

You two are so beautiful... You both look radient. Thank you so much for sharing this special time with us. It feels like we are there with you.
I love that you know Jesus is with you and Maggie each step of the way. I love that He has answered our prayers... you and Maggie are together and He has prepared her heart for her family... She is blossoming with each moment. Like a delicate rose opening it's petals. I love that she is able to meet her Daddy and brothers and sister even if they are across the sea and she knows they are hers.
I love that your spirit, your heart and your faith is a reflection of Jesus for those of us who know Him and for those of us that don't.
"Weeping may endure for a night, but JOY cometh in the morning."
GOOD MORNING sweet Maggie... no more tears baby.
You are in my prayers.
Love,
Daleea

wow...it's amazing to see the work that God has already done thru you and maggie. i was sitting in class today trying to even understand that a little bit. The fact that while i was at school you were a million miles away holding your little girl...i can't comprehend that. it brought tears of hapiness to my eyes. as well, as yesterday when i first saw the picture of "gotcha moment" its amazing that you have your little girl that we've talked about and prayed for sooooo many times before. i can't wait to see you and to meet maggie. what a blessing it will be. you guys are in our prayers over here at my house. God is so good.

Hey Gwen,
I haven't commented before but I've been keeping up with your blog since this Summer. You are truly an amazing person and you have shown us everyday that there are no limits to what God and love can do. Thanks for that. Maggie is so blessed to have you and her new family. She already knows that. I can tell. Congratulations and know that I'm praying for safe travels and a great homecoming for Maggie.
Love you!

Gwen, yesterday, while in the car, Amazing Grace was playing so I cranked it loud and all I could think about was you and Maggie. I prayed and cried as her chains are broken and she has been set free....what a testimony you all have and will continue to grow! Love and prayers, Kristi Hen.
