LOA WILL BE HERE TOMORROW

Not sure I can put this into words .. If you have not read the two previous post then you must read them first or this won't be as huge at it really is ... SW (Social Worker) called today and said,"I don't know who you have been talking to, but we just received news that your LOA (Letter of Acceptance) will be here tomorrow!" ... I told her I was up till 2PM talking, crying, begging, and listening to the Lord... I surrendered to Him about 1:30 AM after reading my friend Tina's post...

I serve a mighty Lord, who is in the business of getting His work done !!! I am just so overwhelmed with His glory that I am speechless !!!! Getting the suitcases down !!!

Love You All and am so thankful for all your prayers and support ... I love how God has used you all to minister to me and speak words of truth in my life !!!!

30 kind words.:

I must admit I don't know what all this means, but I do know that it's good news!!! So what is the difference between LOA and LOI? Which comes first? What does this mean in terms of when you could be traveling?

Sorry to be so uneducated on this subject!

GOD IS GOOD!!!!

Gwen,

I'm like Laura -- I don't know what all these acronyms mean (LOA's, LID's, etc.) but this I know -- MAGGIE IS HIS GIRL AND THE APPLE OF HIS EYE! He had a plan for her a long time ago and when He has a plan -- what person in this world can reverse it???

"You are my witnesses," declares the LORD, "and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me.

I, even I, am the LORD, and apart from me there is no savior.

I have revealed and saved and proclaimed - I, and not some foreign god among you. You are my witnesses," declares the LORD, "that I am God.

Yes, and from ancient days I am he. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it?" (Isaiah 43:10-13)

Love keeping up with you and can't wait to hear that Maggie is home -- safe and sound!!

Blessings,
Dori

Why do we limit God? (that was to myself)-- what an amazing post to read. The kids and I were talking about Abraham and Isaac this a.m, Abraham's faith was so strong! I'm encouraged by your faith and the Lord revealing His goodness, glory and mercy in getting you one step closer to Maggie and your ET kids:)

Praying with you and praising God for the amazing answer to prayer. Just proves God is in control and all of us will bring our babies home when He is ready not when a "system" says we will. As far as a fad, let them talk...I'm not following a fad, I'm following a Savior and building a family for His glory! :) (and, OH, the joy!)

Oh Gwen, this is wonderful!! You have been in my prayers recently. My heart leaps with joy to think about Maggie coming home to her family. I can hardly wait! I know you are thrilled.
Thanks for sharing your heart and emotions about this wait. I have been discouraged lately and I needed to know that others are feeling the same way I am. Praying for you, my dear sister in Christ.

I was just telling Curry last night about reading the blog yesterday and she said "no, no, I got a text today and Coach Gwen is going in about 8 weeks!" I was thrilled for you. That means before Christmas! What a gift! Although I don't leave comments, I'm certainly following along silently and have been praying for you and sweet Maggie.
