DADS FOR ADOPTION !!

Love it!! Scott is quite the motivational speaker. I dragged Chris away from the news to watch. Priceless. Keep the Coach o call 4 dads coming!!

That was awesome!!! I am definitely going to show this to my husband! I've been bugging him enough that he's agreed to "whatever I think is best" (LOL!), but I bet this would really help him to see, because I still feel like he's not quite on the same page as I am yet. I was adopted at 13 mos and I cannot imagine my life had I not been adopted!

I love it! So good to run into you guys at Cinco de Mayo Sunday! Thanks, Scott, for speaking to the Dads so openly. We're thankful for the way you've influenced and supported us in our adoption journey.

Coach O brings it strong, as usual! But sorry Scott, you were outshined by Em. Everything you said pales in comparison to that bright light! :)

How is it that every many in America can have the exact same fears walking into the path. And how many dads miss the blessing. I'm thinking maybe Coach needs his own corner of the WWW. :)

Love you both!

That was sooo great! I have to say, we went through the same thing as most couples do and it if it weren't for the Word my husband would be struggling more. He seems to find his answers there. What a blessing! Thank you for sharing!

Thank you, Coach O, for speaking out to the dads! There is someone in my faith fam who will be getting an email from me in a sec ;) I pray one day he writes to you the testimony of his three newest children from Ethiopia who are orphans no more... 147 million Minus Three More!!! Please pray with me for Sisay and her sibs who have touched our hearts so deeply; that God will move swiftly in the hearts of their forever family. May God bless all you are doing for His Kingdom.

very good words of encouragement for dads! i would like to show this video to the 8 couples we are having over this Sat. to talk about adoption & orphan ministry. this addresses some common concerns and you did a great job dispelling the myths and calming the common fears with scripture. BLESSINGS from Utah!

WoW!! Thank for that. I am so excited to show that to my hubby. He is "going along with the idea, and thinks it good", but this will help him understand it from a man's point of view and address his concerns. Thank you soooo much for sharing.

Wow, that was amazing. I got chills as I was watching this because of a conversation that my husband and I were having just minutes ago. He is already in bed but I have e-mailed him your link because he needs to see this.

I wish I could fill you in on the conversation, but until we know for certain the answer, we must keep it quiet.

Thank you for this heartfelt candor. You have addressed the very things holding my husband back. That and he says his life is too busy right now. What would Coach O say to that? I think it really helps men to hear about it from other men. At least I know it does my husband. I will be sending this link along to him!

Bless you!

Seriously!!! Gwen, Coach O, and kids, that was a broadway production. I laughed, I cried, and I forwarded! Haha! These families on the edge that have been placed in my life don't stand a chance.

SO....I hurry home from Target, thinking to myself, hmmmm, how can I get ahold of Gwen:) Remembering you saying your email is on the mend, I hoped to reach you via your blog...and, well, got sidetracked watching Dad Oatsvall!!! WOOHOOOO!!! That, Scott, is an Amazing Grace video!! I love it!!! I am just hopping around my laundry room watching it, thinking, yes, he has it, yes, he is sharing it, yes, he is so right on, and, yes, Dads now is the Time:)!!! YAY!!!!

And, the best part of this, at least for me:) is that I did NOT forget what I wanted to share with you and so am just gonna share it here....keep walking the Journey Oatsvall Team!!! This a.m., while in Target, in Carmel, Indiana...on a cold snowy morning:) I was warmed through and through with Love when I entered Target...first thing I saw was a sweet, young Mama with her....sweet baby in a cart...and, the best part:) I noticed the Mama because the back of her Tshirt said "feed 1"~~~ I just knew beyond knowing she was lovingly wearing a 147 million orphan T!!! Sooo, of course, I just had to chat with her right there on the spot!!! The woman had received the shirt as a gift from a friend!! I LOVED that she was wearing it and LOVE that she will be sharing when asked about her tshirt and Katie:) It was super sweet and I tell you I just smiled all the way home....so, more videos, more tshirts....more love....the Holy Spirit is moving nationwide and worldwide:) Honestly, I'm still smiling:)!!!

Ahh....such a great day!!! GO SCOTT AND GWEN...and Elijah:) and Jeremiah:) and Emily:) and....Maggie, too....GO TEAM!! Ok, I'm done for today!!!

This is exactly what I needed...I've been thinking about adoption for awhile now, mentioning it to my hubby here and there. He's never said "NO," but I don't know if he takes me seriously, either. I am going to show him this video and see where it takes his heart. You've addressed all the concerns I believe he has about this...thank you!!!

Scott,

What a blessing it was to get to know you and your beautiful bride this past week-end. Have heard so many that loves hearing you and Mike. You 2 might have to continue on the road with those two girls!!

You speak right to the hearts of the men that need to hear it. God is moving and we thank you for the great influence you all were to all of us here in Bloomington/Normal!

Thanks again for your video. Loved your little singing star at the end!

Great video ! Men need to hear this. My husband had the same three questions. Thankfully, he knew that adoption was Gods plan for us and we just came back from China with our precious Maggie. Coach, you did a great job !!! I will be sharing this on our blog and with friends. Go Coach O !

This was AMAZING! Seriously, it addresses exactly what so many men are struggling with. So how wonderful to hear these words of encouragement direct from one who has 'been there' himself!

I actually seen this first on Naomi's blog. I've been so behind on my blog reading lately, that I missed the update of your blog on my dashboard. Anyway, I would love to post about it, too... if it's okay with you?!

I love this video.. I have always wanted to adopt & my husband has other feelings about it but after having him watch this video it really left him with a better perspective & I think he is being more open minded about it now.

I have an award for you on my page for being one of my favorite blogs to follow.
