MY ONLY ADVICE ...

When the ATTACKS come (and they will) - MY ONLY ADVICE is to stay on your knees, get some sleep, and stay focused on the BIG PICTURE ...

Feeling a little under attack right now and I know I am not alone ... STAY in the middle of the LORD's presence and you can weather the storm with all the peace that comes w/ HIM  ...

I'm right there with you, friend. Praying for the Lord's arms to wrap around you and for a peace that constantly reminds that you are not alone.

"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the creator of the ends of the earth, He will not grow tired and weary, and His understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength, they will soar on the wings like eagles; they will run and not grown weary. They will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:28-31

"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For out light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

"The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with His hand." Psalm 37:23-24

"Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compasssions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, 'The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for Him.' The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord." Lamentations 3:21-26

"But now, this is what the LORD says - he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: 'Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.'" Isaiah 43:1-3

I will be praying for you. I have been following along for a couple of years now and love your example. I plan to do some fundraising with 147 million gear that you offer to families in the next month or so. We are adopting from Uganda and just started.

I can really relate to the attacks. No sooner did I make our adoption public than I began to feel all kinds of fear. We adopted from China in 2009 so I do remember this but somehow it is different this time.

Thank you for your encouragement. It helps to know I am not alone.

I will be praying for you! I thought it might be encouraging for you to see one of the sweet treasures that you (147) helped bring home! My husband and I sold 147 shirts and necklaces over a year ago as an adoption fundraiser. It was not only a great way to raise some extra money for our adoption, but also a great opportunity to share the gospel.

We started our adoption process in 2009 and our sweet son, Beau, just arrived home from South Korea. We are beyond thrilled!

Here is a link to his homecoming video if you are interested!

I don't post often but I do love the mission of 147 million orphans. As I am too young to actually adopt at this time, I know that the Lord hears the faithful prayers of His children and you ARE being lifted in prayer. The Lord has been teaching me lots and has challenged me to pray Ephesians 6:10-20 over my life - If I put on His armor daily then I WILL be able to stand when the attacks do come. So tonight I'm praying Ephesians 6:10-20 over you and your family. The Lord is always bigger and VICTORY is in Him! Thanking Him for you tonight, that when others see you they immediately think of the Father in Heaven.

Your obedience encourages and inspires me. Thank you!

Stephanie

Oh, wow, Sister! So many people hear and feel your heart.

We've been under a major attack of the enemy in the last few weeks. I don't know of many times that have been more difficult.

When we step out to do what the LORD calls us to do, Satan gets mad. He can't have our souls, so he comes to steal our joy and our testimony.

Praise the LORD for the body of Christ. We can lift one another up.

And, enjoy your days with Jeremiah. I miss those times with both of my 20-year-old sons. You will always cherish the moments you stepped away from the computer and sat with him.

Been clinging to this word for a while...

“Let the beloved of the Lord rest secure in him,for he shields him all day long, and the one the Lord loves rests between his shoulders.”
Deut. 33:12

Love ya sister!
