Day 2 ...

Maggie's fever has been high all day, so they did a blood culture to make sure her blood does not have bacteria in it, but a couple of hours ago it broke and I am praising the FATHER ... Her IV came out and they had to put in a new one (NO FUN), but then I sit here and thank the FATHER that there is a doctor, an IV, and a hospital to do this ... We are still not sleeping, but this of course is not my choice ... hee hee ...

Sweet friends have stopped by today w/AMAZING CUPCAKES, Mexican lunch, chips, toys, drinks, fresh clothes and lots of love and conversation... Your comments have been so UPLIFTING.... I am going to ask that you keep the scriptures coming ... Reading them helps me stay focused and thankful...

For all who have texted and called ... I love you all, but Maggie doesn't like me on the phone ... hee hee ... CAN YOU SAY CLINGY ??? Just another thing to be thankful for ...

Watch this: God's eye is on those who respect him,
the ones who are looking for his love.
He's ready to come to their rescue in bad times;
in lean times he keeps body and soul together.

We're depending on GOD;
he's everything we need.
What's more, our hearts brim with joy
since we've taken for our own his holy name.
Love us, GOD, with all you've got—
that's what we're depending on.
Psalm 33:18-22

Hey Girl, the verses that I have been praying for you all is Psalm 34:4 and 34:8

I sought the Lord and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears...taste and see that the Lord is good blessed is him who takes refuge in Him.

Thank you Lord for your word, that it is Truth...stronger than any two edged sword...I pray boldly and confidently that the Oatsvall's in there seeking of you will hear your tender voice and will be overwhelmed with your peace...I pray that they will experience you in such an intimate way that they will "taste and see that you are good"...and as they wrap themselves in your shelter depending on your spiritual and physical provision that you would shower them with your abundant blessings. I ask this in your precious son's name, Jesus, Amen

Taste and See That I Am Good. The more intimately you experience Me, the more convinced you become of My goodness. I am the living One who sees you and longs to participate in your life. I am training you to find Me in each moment and to be a channel of My Loving Presence. Sometimes my blessings come to you in mysterious ways: through pain and trouble. At such times you can know My goodness only through your trust in Me. Understanding will fail you, but trust will keep you close to Me.

Thank Me for the gift of My Peace, a gift of such immense proportions that you can't fathom it's depth or breadth. When I appeared to My disciples after the resurrection, it was Peace that I communicated first of all. I knew this was their deepest need: to calm their fears and clear their minds. I also speak Peace to you, for I know your anxious thoughts. Listen to Me! Tune out other voices, so that you can hear Me more clearly. I designed you to dwell in Peace all day, every day. Draw near to Me; receive My Peace.
