CRAZINESS
No time for pictures today ... I have been reading a book since 4:00 yesterday and I can't put it down. "Redeeming Love" by Francine Rivers based on Hosea ... I have heard women rave about it for five years and while I was at Lifeway getting some Christian books for Jeremiah I said "What the Hey" and treated myself to the book ... Oh my gosh, I can't put it down. This has never happened to me before. I will be finished in a couple of hours. It is the most amazing story and the fact that it speaks of God's redeeming love has just captured my heart and paints such an amazing picture of the deepness of God's love. Oh and yes my house is a wreck, the kids ate chips and granola bars for lunch, and I have ignored all phone calls and emails ... but I had to check in with you all. If you haven't read it, you have too !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Catch ya tomorrow when I return to my right mind ...

That is hilarious! I did read that book a few years ago and did the same thing. Everything went to "pot" while I was sucked into that book. Now I have read most of her stuff so if you need another great one just let me know. :) Hope all is well and would love to catch up with you soon. Life is good for the Nolan's here in Woodstock. :)
I LOVED that one too - it really hit me the same way - I loved seeing that as what God does for me!!! Hey - you can catch up on housework tomorrow!!!
That is my all time favorite book.
It changed my life!!!! I bought a copy for the sole purpose of lending it out to friends and I have let about 10 friends read it so far...it is THE BEST!!!!
What have I been missing, sounds like a precious gift. I LOVE to get my hands on books that speak to your heart and soul. I will have to buy a copy, after I finish the 3 I started!
Hey Gwen! I found your blog through Jamie's. What fun! I read the book years ago and have recommended it to everyone I know. I have since given my copy away. I think it may be good beach reading this summer!
