Ok Gwen!! BEAUTIFUL!! I cried through the entire thing! Especially when Daisy grabbed Emily's hand at the airport.. Thanks for the good afternoon cry! It makes me miss Brentwood too.. That's where Jeff and I were when Ainsley was born!

Beautiful!!! I didn't realize the Chapman's were a part of your family's story. So sweet! It was several years ago that I heard Emily and her dad on Focus on the Family and that's when the Lord started stirring my heart for adoption. My daughters were inspired too. All of a sudden we had little Emily Chapman's in our house, slipping scriptures and notes in our books and bags about adoption. And very soon we will be traveling to China for our second adoption.
Thank you sharing your sweet story. Your blog posts have inspired us to take those steps of faith to adopt when the money just wasn't there. (my husband is a teacher too!)
Blessings,
Lydia

What a fantastic video!!! I cannot wait for the next book to be written!

I never had Emily Chapman asking me to consider adoption but one time in London when the Chapmans were on their way to Uganda, Shoey sat across from me at dinner and asked me if i had ever thought about adopting from China. And I told her, you know, we are just about to start the process! That was 7 years ago and now we are going to Uganda for two precious ones all in His time!

I hope to meet you at C4C in March!

Oh Gwen.....I can't wait for the next chapter. Actually the one after that cos the next one just happened 3 days ago. I cried like a baby....I should have known I would need a tissue before I hit play.

Beautiful, beautiful family.
