Orphan Summit 2011 in KY

Preparing my heart and mind for the Orphan Summit in KY next week ... It is always a great time of encouragement and action in my heart ... If you have never gone then you should ...  The resources for adoption, orphan care, and fundraising is enormous and from people living in the middle of it ... These are people who have a heart to change the world for orphans...

Just in case you haven't gotten information about the PRE-EVENT for adoptive moms I am attaching the flyer ... I will be serving on a couple of panels and there are some amazing speakers ...

I am taking my precious Emily with me along w/ Olivia (amazing college student - who gets it !!!) ... We are going to refresh people and be refreshed ... The more information we share the greater impact we can make ...

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there ... I have been impacted by some amazing women in my life and it is on every Mother's Day that I send a special prayer out to the birth mothers of my adoptive children ... Whatever their story is I pray God is in their hearts and that one day we can meet in heaven!

THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME A MOTHER - LORD, YOUR AMAZING PLAN FOR ME LIFE IS FAR GREATER THAN I EVER DREAMED !!!

Gwen-

I hope to find you at the summitt. Mandy Mayernick-Harvey is my sister- in-law. I have followed your blog for so long. We have 5 bio and 1 adopted. My heart seeks to do more. I'm prayerful that the Summitt will be God's tool in giving me direction as to my role. Would love to meet you!
