IT'S A WHOLE NEW WORLD

So much of what my sweet children are experiencing along w/ my friends (Anna and Beth) is a whole new world ... Daisy/Joseph getting FANITA drinks daily (a complete highlight for them), riding in cars and botas (motorcycles) is a super fun adventure for them, and just going to so many new places ... Jeremiah has hung out w/ kids that he can't communicate in words with, but they can share a smile or a fun game ... Sitting beside him as we fed the children in the Amazima program was a special moment that I will never forget ... Beth and Anna have the most amazing spirits of servant hood and watching them look into the eyes of so many in need and just respond to them w/ love and compassion is such confirmation that them coming on this trip with me was truly a God Thing !!!!

We have hit a delirious point here ... We just spent the last hour laughing our heads off at nothing ... Thinking all day today was Father's Day (my FB status had quite the response to my mistake ... lol)  Time really does stand still here  ....

I feel like a could list a lot of scripture to describe the things I feel in my heart right now, but the bottom line is I am a mess and just thankful that the Lord can still use me, work through me, and teach me more about Him !!!  Please continue to pray !!!

Gwen,
I just met you briefly at Amani when you first arrived a little while ago, but I am SO excited for you and your family. My heart is filled with joy when I think of those two precious kids having the wonderful blessing of a family. If you want any more pictures of Daisy and Joseph, I have some cute ones I can email you, although you probably don't need them anymore because you can take as many as you want now!! Praise God <3
I will be praying for you guys as you finalize everything for the adoption.
Love, Alyssa MacMillan
