ACCEPT ...

ACCEPT EACH DAY EXACTLY AS IT COMES TO YOU .... First line of Jesus Calling today ... I love this book and how it keeps me connected to God's word, His presence, and His power ... HE will be my strength today as I allow Him to guide my day.  I will need Him extra in my mind and in my heart, but I serve a Living Savior, who is in the EXTRA business ...

I appreciate all who said they would pray for my MIRACLE travel time and Daleea, reminded me about the time God did a miracle for Maggie's travel and how late in the midnight hour God turned the impossible in to the POSSIBLE ... Now whether that happens again is completely out of my hands, but I will rest in the hands of the Father ...

I haven't commented on many blogs lately, but I have been checking in on you all and what a blessing to pray, follow along your life, see pictures of your families, and get a peak into your life ... What a blessing for us all to be friends and uniquely bonded by Christ through the internet ..

Now aren't those some cute faces ... Our new baseball Tee will be ready for sale soon ... Love You All!

I too have been away from the computer and not checking in often. I just read your past two posts. Know that I will be praying for a miracle.

I remember when my husband went to Africa to bring home our son...and he was at the Embassy waiting for our sons visa. After hours of waiting they said NO....my husband was completely blown away.

Long story short, we got on our knees and prayed for a miracle. It seemed impossible as no one in the Canadian High Commissions ever changes their minds (ARG!!!), but God had different plans and through hours and hours of prayer and phone calls, they said "yes", so I know God can move mountains that seem impossible....and He will do the same for you and everyone else who is on this journey.

I agree...staying in touch with others, praying for others, supporting each other...through this blog world - who knew it could be such a support system.

We've waited almost 4 years for our daughter from China - and I have to say, my blogger pals have kept me afloat many a day...and did the same while we adopted our son from Ethiopia.

I have to say - I so love the work and awareness you are raising for Africa - what a tremendous thing...

Big hug!
