Blown Away ...

I am still processing all the emotions from Sunday night. Here are some that are whirling around in my heart and mind ... humbleness, joy, elation, excitement, humbleness, overwhelmed, surprised, called, humbleness, thankful, ready, scared, shocked, and HUMBLED !

Walking in the sanctuary and feeling God's presence surrounding all of us and feeling Him say to us "WELL DONE" because we were a group of people coming together for HIS PURPOSE !!! We were a like minded body of CHRIST coming together to celebrate HIM and His call upon our lives to CARE FOR THE ORPHANS and when we left the building, I felt like we were a CITY ON HILL shining for all the world to see .... Point of Grace was completely amazing and such a blessing and as always Katie was anointed as she shared the truth of God's purpose for us and all that He is doing in Uganda !!!!

Scott and I can't express how thankful we are because words can not describe the way our hearts felt Sunday and still feel today !!!!

If you haven't seen the pictures below, please take a look and see all the faces smiling and shining !!! June 28th 2009 will be a night we never forget !!!!

Joseph we are coming soon son and if you get a chance could you go find your sister in the orphanage .... hee hee

Yes! Sunday night was, indeed, incredible! It's a joy to be a part of y'all's journey, and we can't wait to be a part of Joseph's life! It IS so humbling to be showered by such an outpouring of God's provision through His people! We're so thankful for y'all! We have SEEN, and can TESTIFY, that He both equips and provides for what HE CALLS US TO DO! He is good good good ALL THE TIME! Still rejoicing with y'all as well!

Yeah!!!! Yeah!!!! Yeah!!!!
I'm SO HAPPY that everything went smoothly and it sounds like it was an awesome event. I SO wish I could've been there. I loved all of the pictures. You deserve all of this love and support, and most importantly those precious children waiting for forever homes deserve it as well! I am in awe of all you do and give of yourself for the sake of children.

And something else to pray for... my husband if FINALLY warming to the idea of adopting NOW!!! I am so excited and praising GOD continuously!! I was so confused as to why He laid this burden so clearly on my heart when my husband was not ready to take the next step, but GOD is perfect and I learned not to doubt Him ever because he HAS been working on my dear husband's heart all along!! I could not be more excited!!! I may just have to start my own blog here soon!! Yeah!
