HE makes everyday brighter !!!

Girls dresses by REDTHREADSTITCH@AOL.COM (help her bring a daughter home)

Our Lord and Savior brings such joy, peace, comfort, and understanding to my day ... As we stood in church on Sunday and I looked into Maggie's sweet eyes I knew He would have died on the cross just for her ... He is that amazing of a Savior, He would have went through all that for just one !!! Holidays are one of the many things that have taken on a different meaning since bringing Emily and Maggie home ... It is not that I didn't love or appreciate them before, it is just that the emotion of the holiday or celebration mean so much more in my heart !!!

I adore you all and I appreciate you praying for my niece, sweet Savannah ... I got a call from my friend Emily (on my sidebar) and her family has chosen the most beautiful daughter/baby boy from Ethiopia on a waiting list to be part of their family ... I am over joyed for their family ... It seems each day some one else experiences this miracle of adoption and receives a little peace of heaven ...

God is pressing on my heart a project to do that will capture all these amazing stories ... Please stay tuned ... You all have changed me and I want to capture in my heart your stories, encouragement, and prayers ... more later ...

Have a fabulously blessed week ...

I have followed Savannah since your sweet SIL left. SOme of what she has posted has horrified me, so much so I have had to stop right there and pray and even walk away to finish later. I t literally hurts my heart to think that people live this way with all the excess we all have.

You have such a heart for spreading the word, the joy, Gwen. Keep up the spirit of servanthood:) You have blessed our lives.

The Easter pic is fabulous - I have got to order my girls those dresses - they are adorable! Could your boys be any more handsome??? I think not!

Sending hugs!
Heather

I know what you mean Gwen, Holidays are so different here now too. Being able to find ways to help others that are trying to raise the money for their adoptions, being able to help the orphans that do not haved their forever families yet, being able to rejoice with friends like you and your SIL, all of these things make holidays mean more to me than years ago too.

Glad you had a wonderful Easter. Looking forward to hearing about your project :)

What Joy it brings us to see all 4 of your children together and celebrating Easter! There is such a special place in our hearts too as we look at Anna and think how different her live would be without faith and the celebrations of Jesus that we hold so dear. Every good and perfect gift is from above!

Gwen,
Can you get an address for the Good Samaritan Organization in Crystal's blog and the size of the baby boy who is wearing girl's clothes?
