BAD HABITS !!!
Nana (Scott's grandmother) spent the night last week and the kids just love it when she comes. I took some incriminating pictures of her to prove she teaches my kids bad habits. For example, my kids think when Nana is here that we should all drink coffee or the fact that Emily thinks she is a teenager when Nana is here because she puts on lipstick galore !!! But then yesterday I was reminded of all my bad habits as my lovely daughter creeped over to my 1/2 glass of diet mountain dew while I was reading and proceeded to drink the whole thing. I am staring at her from behind my book and I over hear her say to herself "I lub it, I lub it." .... I just cracked up, because when I treat myself to a Diet Mountain
Dew, I say the same thing in my head !!!! Like mother like daughter!!!

10 kind words.:
It's diet - so what's the problem?!?!? Just had to say it!! This post made me laugh - our bad habits do wear off , don't they - wish my good habits did as quickly!!
can you CAFFEINE !!! as you know the Oatsvall's are super hyper as it is and when you add Caffeine ...we are just a crazy bunch ...hee hee
That's what we say about mommy's Root Beer Float! ;) Sophia say 'I yuv it"!
How funny! Gotta love grandparents!
YES, got to have the caffeine...although I've never tried diet MD. How is Nana feeling these days? Does she still make her fried chicken? i remember when she came to klassic kids that one time.
My grandma used to put lipstick on me! I loved it! Eli has picked up a bad habit of mine saying "dadgummit" or however you spell that. It is hilarious to hear him try to say it- he practices quietly, then announces it to me with a smile! He thinks it is so funny.
Ooh! I lub it too -- what a cutie-pie.
I have to admit Diet Mtn. Dew is definitely one of my bad habits - I HAVE to have it!!! Can we say addiction? Seriously, I carry a bottle of it with me pretty much everywhere I go! That's sad isn't it? Oh well... Rachel accidentally took a sip of it one time and didn't like it! Good for her! I'm afraid if Katelyn tried it, however, that she would like it like I do!
lol...how funny! I love when oma comes too...it allows us kids to get away with anything! :)
I would have been rolling in the floor.
